#CodeOrangeRevival 2016

Every night for the next 10 days, Elevation Church in North Carolina is putting on a revival. 

CODE ORANGE REVIVAL!

10 days of heart penetrating worship, Heaven-inspired teaching, and God doing amazing things in and through us.  You don't even have to be in the state to go, they are broadcasting it free online at elevationchurch.online (also on YouTube and Facebook).


Now the reason I say "doing amazing things" is because, last night (Friday, September 9th), kicked off night #1.  I am going to do my best to blog every day and post before the next session.  And just on a quick side note, the live broadcast of sessions are Monday-Friday 7pmET and Saturday-Sunday is 5pmET.  About 30mins before each session you can watch some of the behind-the-scenes & interviews etc.

Okay, so like me you may be wondering, "Why Code Orange Revival?" 

Elevation's answer: 

In general 'Code Orange' signifies that there is a heightened sense of urgency-something significant is about to happen.  The most fitting example related to the revival is the description for the code orange stage of a volcano" 

Exhibiting heightened or escalating unrest with increased potential of eruption, timeframe unknown.

That is Code Orange Revival.  We are expectant.  Anticipating a breakthrough in our personal lives.  Believing God for an eruption of faith.

"We're encouraging every person who enters into revival with us - in person or online - to enter with a heightened focus & expectancy for how, God is going to move.  We're praying for breakthrough, fresh momentum, seeking God and asking what He wants to do in & through us all.  And we're thanking Him in advance for all that He is about to do."

3 things they suggested in the lead up to Friday, and for during the Revival are:

1. Be Expectant.  Ask God for a breakthrough in a specific area of your life and prepare for Him to exceed your expectations.
2. Take Notes.  We're believing that God is going to use the speakers at Code Orange Revival to share life-changing truths.  Be sure to take notes and record what God is doing in your life throughout the revival.
3. Share Revival.  Spread the word and share about your experience on social media using the #CodeOrangeRevival

So now that I have told you all about Code Orange, ask God to show you where you need to see a breakthrough in your life, or if you know, ask God for it.  And then join in, expecting to see God do immeasurably more than you could ever ask or imagine!
